A troop is all about Boys Leading Boys. The elected leaders of the Patrols and Senior Patrol are responsible for planning
and conducting the troops activities. The PLC gathers approx once a month to plan the upcoming events and decide on how they will be
executed.
The Scoutmaster (and assistant Scoutmasters) provide direction, coaching, and training that empowers the boy with the skills he will need to lead his troop. The Troop Committee provides resources to help the PLC.
The more responsibility the Scoutmaster gives his patrol leaders, the more they will respond.
