Our troop welcomes all boys, ages 11-17, who want to follow the Eagle Trail. Boys can join Scouting at any time, regardless of their background or experience. If you're interested in the Scouting program, please feel free to come visit one of our meetings or to contact one of our Adult Leaders. We meet 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. each Friday that school is in session at the White Hills Rec. Center

Troop 27 is an active troop that meets every week during the school year, and camps a minimum of three times a year by attending the council camporees as well as spending a week at the Camp Edmund D Strang Scout Reservation in the summer.

Merit badges are an award earned by the youth members of the Troop and focus on a particular area of interest. In order to earn the highest rank in scouting, Eagle Scout, a scout earns a set of required merit badges along with a second set of his own choosing. 21 merit badges are required for Eagle Scout.
